In order to create an effective workout routine for obtaining bigger muscles, you may want to create a routine that specifically targets fat loss for a few weeks. Then, once you have reached your goals at that point, you may want to target activities that focus on muscle growth. By separating both of these activities, you will be able to grow your muscles in the most efficient and fastest manner possible, while also managing the fat levels your body maintains.
